UNIX for Dummies Questions & Answers

Hi there,
I'm fairly new to Unix and have been getting my head round the command line for a FreeNAS install that I just did.
I need to move a whole bunch of directories from one location to another and need a bit of help!
I understand the basics of the 'mv' command but am not sure how to specify that it only moves certain directories.
I have around 200 directories currently in '/mnt/vm01/projects' and I want to move all that have the word 'Company' in the directory name (and all their contents) to a different directory '/mnt/vm01/another'.
Some directories have the word 'Company' in the title, and in others 'company', so I need the command to not match cases. Also, whilst I want to move the directories and all their contents, it's important I retain the directory structures. I mention this because some of the sub-directories and files have 'company' in their naming so the selection needs to apply just to the top-level directory (/mnt/vm01/projects). I hope I've made myself clear!
How do I specify this?
