What operating system? from directory structure, it seems windows?
Are you able to successfully connect to the same database i.e. "project"
(with mysql commandline?)

If you are in UNIX; the file must point to a valid UNIX path. In your case it doesn't seem to be.

something like..

Code:
......project path/to/your/file

In fact if the file to be loaded is on the local computer, I think that the command should end like:

Code:
--local project tablename.txt

Where "tablename" is the name of an existing table in the database "project".

Also you probably don't want the space character after "columns=".

Also, while testing you don't want the "--force" switch because it suppresses errors.
