About PuTTY RSA signature

It provides the RSA signatures and public keys of binary files.

It says:

We create PGP signatures for all the PuTTY files  distributed from our web site, so that users can be confident that the  files have not been tampered with.

How to check if the file is tampered using the RSA signature? What tools should I use to utilize the RSA signatures and publick keys?

Yes, I've read it. It is the second link I posted. But It dosen't show a method to check the signature.
I download the GnuPG (Gpg4win), But I don't know how to use it. Is GnuPG the right tool? if it is, how to use it?

Yup, according to what is stated in the doc, GnuPG is (ith PGP2) one of the tools supposed to be able to use those keys. I never tried them by myself so far, but i hope the following link will bring some help [Announce] GnuPG 2.0.18 released

After I verify the binary file it said: Key NOT Valid.

What exactly did you do? Show us word for word, letter for letter.

I just want to know how to check the putty binary file with the RSA signature and the public key.
