How to resize partitions?

I have recently changed software systems for my small business. I was running SCO OpenServer v 5.0 and have now gone to a windows based system using Windows Server 2003. No problems with the changover as the server hardware was changed also. The problem I am having is that I would like to install Windows XP Professional SP 2 along with the unix software on the PC that is running the OpenServer software. In this way I could continue to access the unix software. I have partitioning software (Partition and System Commander) that will allow the OS's to work from the same drive but the partioning software cannot resize the unix drive. I have 12 GB of free space in the unix databases but only 7 MB of free space showing on the drive. Any help would be appreciated as I know very little about the commands for the unix software.

Partitions currently on the drive:
Partition C=203 MB, File System=FAT
Unix Partition=16.75 GB
Free Space=7 MB

You do understand that you can only run/boot one OS at a time?

Yes, I know that. I just need to have access to the unix databases periodically. The rest of the time, the pc will be running Windows and be part of a network. I could always do a new install of Windows, partition and resize the disk, and then reinstall SCO but the unix software has had multiple upgrades since it was installed.
