Why just not use the second command:

find . -name '*.jks' -exec bash -c '
  fn=$1
  keytool -v -list -keystore "$fn" |
    fgrep -i "Aug 03" &&
      printf "%s\n" "$fn"
  ' inline {} \;

Two find commands one for cer and other for jks would not be an overhead ?

Nope. The simpler is the better.

The script drills down directories searching for files. If the directory is deep searching twice would be an overhead. Let me know if I am wrong.

There is time command. You can run and check:

time ( find YOURDIR -name '*.cer'; find YOURDIR -name '*.jks' ) >/dev/null

I wish to grep for a string "Owner" along with "Aug 03". So it is "AND" and not "OR" for two texts that i wish to grep.

Need some help please.

Are those strings (Owner and Aug 3) on the same line?
