What is 'herb'??
Hey I was wondering if anyone knows what herb means or does? I've tried googling, but I am getting nowhere. Any help would be much appreciated Smilie

^^ that is the context in which it is used, if that's any help. Also apologies if I've posted in the wrong place.

From what file and for what application did you find herb? It looks like a passwd/shadow formatted line in UNIX.

What file are you seeing this in? What OS? I'll take a guess and say that might be a user id.

If that's a line from /etc/passwd , it is corrupt.

Where did you see this line?
