You, a novice, don't tell us experienced admins and mods how to run the forums.

In other words, the person being difficult is you. You come here, you don't read the rules, you don't search before posting, you are lazy and you will be banned if you argue with me, or any mod or admin, again.

Do you homework (reading, searching, research) and don't expect others to do it all for you. These are the forum rules. Did you even read them?
