Certain Command not Function, Can anyone help me, please

Hi gurus of Unix, recently I install in a Virtual Box a Oracle Solaris 10, Not problem with the installation. But when I enter in the command Line Interfaces I want to use the top, pkg, this command not function.
Appear the following error, for example
#top
top: not find
#pkg refresh
pkg: not find

When I put the folloing:
#man pkg
Ninguna entrada en la pagina de comando man para pkg

I have installed the following version:
SunOS unknown 5.10 Generic_142910-17 i86pc i386 i86pc
# 2

go to sunfreeware.com, download the top package and install it by pkgadd.

Hope you are from Linux... You cannot expect all the commands as it is.

Rosetta stone would be very useful for you, when you are working across platforms, which tells equivalent commands for each platforms.
