UNIX for Dummies Questions & Answers

i create 2 file

Config
path1 5 group1
path2 6 group2
path3 10 group1
path4 15 group2

Confine
group1 andrew
group2 alan

In my C shell script i write like this:
set line_array = (`cat $app_dir/config`)
set line_array_2 = (`cat $app_dir/configure`)

@ index1 = 1
@ index2 = 2
@ index3 = 3

@ lot1 = 1
@ lot2 = 2

while (( $index1 && $index2 && $index3 <= $#line_array ) && ( $lot1 && $lot2 <= $#line_array_2 ))

set dir = $line_array[$index1]
set limit = $line_array[$index2]
set class = $line_array[$index3]

set group = $line_array_2[$lot1]
set email = $line_array_2[$lot2]

cd $dir
set filecount = ( `ls -1 | wc -l` )

if ( $filecount <= $limit ) then
if ( $class == $group ) then
echo " $dir $email "
endif
else
if ( $class == $group ) then
echo " $dir $email "
endif
endif

@ index1 += 3
@ index2 += 3
@ index3 += 3

@ lot1 += 2
@ lot2 += 2

end

The output :
path1 andrew
path2 alan

The output that i want is:
path1 andrew
path2 alan
path3 andrew
path4 alan

Anybody can help me? how to made that statement not stuck at there and continue loop?
