It works with me. Which shell/OS are you using?
Code:
# find /tmp/hari/ -name getbkp* -o -name test
/tmp/hari/getbkp.log
/tmp/hari/test

im using redhat ES.

when i go cd into the tmp folder and run the command, the result will be:
find: paths must precede expression
Usage: find [path...] [expression]
Edit/Delete Message

when i go to root directory and run the same command, the result will be:
no error but the file older than 2 hour is not deleted
