If you turn the printer off, and print an invoice, there should be a text file in directory /usr/spool/lpd/invoice4
Open this file to determine if:
There are printer escape sequences at the beginning. (The first line of the print file is not the first printed line of the invoice.)
There are more than 80/85 (assuming 10 characters per inch on 8 1/2 inch wide form)characters per line.
Copy this file, and send it to one of the other printers, does it print correctly?
(lp -dinvoice3 filename)

If just turning the printer off does not cause the print file to be left on the server, also disconnect the network cable from the printer/print_ethernet_adapter. Some of these ethernet adapters will buffer the print file, with the consequence that the print file will be deleted on the server.
