Only execute telnet and ping for user

Hello for all!
This is the situation:

I must create many users that only can execute telnet and ping.
Create users is not a problem, but I donīt know how limit the users privileges, to only execute telnet and ping.

I hope you can help me.

Thank's for all.
Bye Smilie

PD: Sorry for my english....

Set up a chroot (change root) environment or also called "jail" and copy only those 2 commands into their chroot'ed path.

Which OS?

I have Ubuntu Server 8.04 in the machine.
I tried this but doesn't work:

Code:
1) Added a group : groupadd netadmins
2) Added a user : useradd admin1
3) Gave a password for admin1 : passwd admin1
4) Added admin1 as a member of group netadmins : usermod -g netadmins admin1
5) Edited /etc/sudoers : vi /etc/sudoers

added two lines

1st
#added this just after the "Cmnd_Alias NETWORKING decleration"
Cmnd_Alias TIGHTNETWORKING = /sbin/ifconfig, /bin/ping

2nd
#added this just after the "root ALL=(ALL) ALL"
%netadmins ALL = (ALL) NOPASSWD:TIGHTNETWORKING

Fixed:

Like a root:
Code:
chmod -R 770 /usr/bin/

Then:
Code:
chmod 777 /usr/bin/telnet
chmod 635 /bin/ping
chmod u+s /bin/ping

and it works just like I want!

Thak's for all!
Smilie
