No, what we're trying to tell you is:
Hands off any production servers until you know what you're doing

Install both OpenSolaris and Oracle on a spare machine, at home if you need to, or inside a virtual machine (eg. VirtualBox). And both products have very good documentation online, Oracle even provides their complete User and Administrator Guides online.

just one question at my fellow colleague: "why opensolaris?"

i'll recommend using solaris 10 (or the same solaris that runs on the production system).

Opensolaris is free and the one run on the server need license rite? So I may not able to install it on my computer.

Is solaris only can run on sun virtualbox? What about virtual box like VMware?
