Like I already said, if your interrupt trigger is triggering interrupts without a handler your kernel should be spewing "nobody cared" messages like mad. Your squarewave isn't actually triggering interrupts, whether your driver works or not.

You may need to read more on the ISA specification to see how to properly trigger an interrupt... AFAIK you need to bring the relevant INT line low then wait for an acknowledge or it goes nowhere.

You are right, it is better for me read more about ISA BUS.
I do not want to disturb anybody with problems if I do not understand what is my problem.
