Hmm, there are some object (.o) files in this (/obj/HPUX/) directory, but there is nothing called ptrepository. I don't really know.....

Maybe these parameters are all for the aCC compiler ? For example the aCC compiler have a +Z option....

Okay, i have build it. There was an error in Makefile.incl, it was only configured for aCC. Just have copied the linux build instructions, set the linker to ld and played around with the options....and the compile error with one include file needs only to be commented out....
