Question Error : -ne: unary operator expected
find . -name "*.*"|xargs grep WTSmilieBF_WL>> $F
Wfexist=`cat $F|grep $i`
echo $Wfexist
if [ $WfExist -ne "" ];
then
echo $Wfexist
echo "Workflow Exist"
else
touch $O
chmod 777 $O
echo $Wfexist
echo $WfExist >> $O
fi

I am getting the error that -ne: unary operator expected in the line with red color.Please help.

Your variable has a lowercase e, but your if has an uppercase E.

Code:
Wfexist=`cat $F|grep $i`
echo $Wfexist
if [ $WfExist -ne "" ]

And use != instead of -ne unless your dealing with numbers...

If you're trying to see if $Wfexist is null or not, you can do

test to see if not null
Code:
if [ -n $Wfexist ]

test to see if null
Code:
if [ -z $Wfexist ]
