Please, Anyone Tell me About How to Optimize Unix/Linux Resources to the Best use of them???????
And also specify if there is some tools for it.

The issue of optimising performance can be an involved one. But, in the spirit of your post, that of hiding the complexity of unnecessary details:
  • Measure things that have to do with performance
  • Change parameter(s) that may influence performance
  • Re-measure

Now there are more staistically efficient approaches than 'one parameter at once' optimisation, but that isn't really a Unix issue. Nor is the issue of multiple quality objectives, although it may keep you entertained.
