help with quick syntax error

Here is my script so far, when i run it i get the message:
cut: option requires an argument -- 'd'
not sure how to solve it. can anyone help?

#!/bin/bash
for user in $(who | cut -f1 -d'' |sort -u)
do
echo $(grep $user /etc/passwd |cut -d':' -f5)
ps -w -U $User
echo""
done > userProcessFile

Here is the spec i had in the 1st place if that helps

Create a script named 'userprocesses' which will allow you to find all users currently logged on to the system and display the processes they are running. The heading for each user must be their real name not their log in name.
I.e. my login name is lee.ballancore but my real name is Lee Ballancore
The users must not be displayed more than once.
The output should look similar to this.

Lee Ballancore
PID TTY TIME CMD
31799 pts/3 00:00:00 vim
31866 pts/3 00:00:00 vim
2495 pts/7 00:00:00 vim
8368 pts/0 00:00:00 vim
9544 pts/2 00:00:00 ps

9544 pts/2 00:00:00 ps

Hammer & Screwdriver

Code:
who | cut -f1 -d'' |sort -u

unix is asking for the delimiter.
you appear to be saying no delimiter with your sequential quotes.
