Move profile out of etc

Hello
is possible move out the /etc/ the default profile?
I know that is possible create a single profile in a user directory but is possible put out the general profile. I work in USS z/os and I won't dis en gaged for /etc/ and get the file in other directory that corresponding a another mountpoint like /mysystemconf/etc

Do not move the file /etc/profile or refer to anything in /etc/profile which is not on a filesystem which is always mounted in Single User Mode.

There are 2 account created in serverAsia. Accounts are Operatop and Operator. how do i compare the .profiles of this 2 logins. How do i set Operator to have the same profiles of operatop and the attributes. This 2 login performs the same function for file transfers. Thanks :p (1 Reply)

changed .profile but didnt ./.profile, yet reflected changes
