I want the output to be:

date gives the current date
who shows who is currently online
finger gives information about a user
ps displays processes currently running

I am confused. I just posted a for statement. That is how you write one.

I am thinking of the way using the keywords (for, in, do, done) along with echo and other words....like this is how i write loops counting down from 10 to 0

#!/bin/bash
count=10
until [ $count = -1]
do
echo “$count”
count= ‘expr $count -1’
done


i want to do it in the above format
