Well, I guess that was a fluke. The next time I booted into Linux The drive is not accesible, nor for severalmore tries. If I try to access the drive from the icon on the desktop, it waits a long while, and then gives me an error message saying that the drive could not be mounted read/write, but will mount it read only. Then the error message subscripts that there were in/out errors, and the file system could not be determined. This is the same disk that was recognised the one time.
