Please verify the following for me:

I have discovered the following :That when an email is send and the processor %wio is between 80 to 99 % then this message pop up "No transport provider available"
SCO_SV 3.2v5.0.5 i80386 06/04/2003

08:34:55 %usr %sys %wio %idle (-u)
08:34:57 0 2 6 92
08:34:59 1 2 2 95
08:35:01 0 2 2 95
08:35:03 1 0 2 97
08:35:05 1 6 6 87

Average 1 2 4 93

But when the processor process %wio drop to below it send the email without the notification mentioned above.

It seems what you have outlined yesterday with regards the congestion of the SMTP is a great possiblility.

I have send an email to myself at 08:55 and only recieved it at
09:15 a.m

Where to from here??? Your help will be of great assistance.

Here your network administrator might help you to discover the bottelneck node.

Or else contact you link provider.
