finding out processor speeds for a sparc

i recently purchased a dual ross sparc processor kit from someone.

the person listed these items as 133mhz processors, however, looking at bridgepoint's site, they do not make 133mhz processors.

so i was wondering, how can i check the processor speeds?

If it is installed and you have Solaris installed, you can use psrinfo or prtdiag.

hmmm... one processor is indeed a 133mhz processor, while the other is a 150mhz processor.

things seem to be running... but will there be a problem of mismatched processor speeds?

I would say yes although you might not notice it for some time and then only as a 'glich'.

See the faq section on Ross-sparc processors - what you have isn't / wasn't a supported configuration but you may find you have no problems.

hmmm the thing is that they are classifed as the same processors, RT-626's i believe, but it's just that they have different speeds.

is there anyway to force the 150mhz processor to reduce it's speed to 133mhz or is it "clock locked"?
