Network Error on printing through the application

HI when we are trying to print through the application in unix following error is displayed


1) Connectivity Issiue with Jurong Printer : there is no Connection / Firewall rule implemented to 10.109.188.30

2) utnb doesn't have adequate printer driter drivers / Filters installed :

any suggestion is appriciated
