Computer here's how i did a very simple install of invidia drivers

ok i got the nvida drivers for mandrake9 rpm there is 3 rpms you must have glx ,kernel and something else email me if you want the precompiled drivers :: email removed ::

once i got the drivers in stalled then i reseted the computer then
i put the 1cd of mandrake9 in and did a upgrade i checkmarked all the stuff in the menu and or what ever you checked marked and reseted then choses the "linux" menu not "oldlinux" and wa la you now have the nvidia opengl at your finger tips

thats what i did and it worked 4 me

amicrawler, try not to post your email address - there are programs that scan sites looking for emails to spam.. do you have links to those files so that others can download them?

here is the website for the nvidia driver for mandrake9

here they you will need to download the first 2 download links
shockfamily.net/cedric/linux/nvidia.html
next here is were you get the other drivers for it to work the links
are here
rpms.mandrakeclub.com/rpms/nexedi/ kernel-source-2.4.19-16mdk.i586.html

and your other driver is in your installer under configure menu in kde or gnome then goto software
libcursess-devel-5.2-27mdk.i586.rpm

then after you download it it's all about 25-30 mb of loading
and after you install it with the rpms then reboot put cd#1 in the cdrom drive then click upgrade and mark all your packages you installed when you did a fresh install and let it do it's thing and reboot and wa la you now have nvidia driver and opengl at full access
