If you open the system console
and hit carrige return or new line - do you get any output at all.
If there is no output, drop back using #. and run a
again.
It's clear that the Service Processor is coming up although there are a number of errors with the file systems. Bu it seems to have lost communication with the main processor board.
I'm guessing that the version you are running is so old that it doesn't support the shell options.
The indications are that there is a Mother Board fault, but it is difficult to be more specific than that - I think that you'll have to involve Oracle support for this and that the server is going to actually need a visit from service personell.
The most likely cause is a lane failure on the first (Or Only) CPU in your machine, this is probably not recoverable without a new Mother Board.

Hi,
Having checked a bit further - this is 100% a CPU fault.
You're goung to have to take this up with Oracle, as the FRU (Field Replaceable Unit) is the Mother Board.
