Total size utilizes by the files older than a time span

Through find command I identified the files older that 1 year. I need the overall size utilizes by these 1 year older files. Please share me the command to identify it .Thanks

That depends on the system / find version (which you fail to mention) that you use. Some finds provide the -printf action with the %s - File's size in bytes. option; or use the -ls action.

Sure. Right after you tell us the name of your UNIX, examples:
Red Hat, Solaris 10, Ubuntu 14.1, FreeBSD.

Why? Because we are mean? No. Because we cannot give you an answer that will work
well without knowing your kind of UNIX.
