URGENT: Password modification for oracle user

Hi to all,

Need help! For user sysoper on oracle, I want to know who and on which date/time the password has been modified? The platform is unix itself.

on HP-UX trusted system use the /usr/lbin/getprpw {userid} and it will show you details about the user etc.

Whats your unix and is it trusted?

I'm using Solaris 8.0 ....any how i could not find /usr/lbin/getprpw on this box.
Is there any other way to do this....on Solaris
