Freeware SSH client with column editing?

I need a decent SSH client which has column selection capabilities. The one I'm using now is about to expire. Its called IVT secure access.

Hmm, I tried to register so I could download an evaluation copy of the software in order to see what you wanted and the site won't let me register (I get a 404 error when pressing submit).

You probably need to provide more information for your requirements. The description of the tool didn't really offer any more info.

It sounds like you're doing column based cutting and pasting vs a capture of the screen data and processing it. I don't know of an ssh tool that provides that functionality. Maybe with more info, someone else might have an answer.

IVT secure access (expired now) has column based copy and paste which is really handy day to day. Saves me from awkin' all the time. I can just highlight the columns I want and paste into Ultraedit where I can do more column related editing there. I may just buy this piece of software since it was really good. Was hoping an free ssh client with this functionality exists.

Figured out that there was a hidden option in putty. Under the "selection" section, there's a choice to enable Rectangular Block. Woops!
