how to remove the patch
hi ,

does anybody know abt how to remove tha applied patch,i mean how to unpatch

In Solaris, you can remove it using patchrm
For details, please check out the man page.

Please be aware, if you had used the -d option while adding the patch, then the patch cannot be removed.

hi ,
i am using fedora core -4 linux-2.6.11 kernel, there is no patchrm command.
Is there any other way?

hello,

i dont think you can unpatch the kernel - unless you have a backup of the previous kernel image.
