control the process

I found that in my system , there are some strange process , it will make the system crash so I would like to control the system no such process is running ,
this is if the system process that its process name is "ora" AND its ppid is not "2" , then it will crash the system, can suggest how to make sure the system no such kind of process is running ? is there method / script can do that ? if run the script with kill command , is it possible to log which pid has been kill ? thx

This question is specific to your system, so would be nice if you included some info about your system. Please post the 'uname -a' output for your system. This will help anyone who wants to help you.

2). and i like to know what is actually meant by "system crash"? and in windows machine if there is a problem in the os or if we re-install the os we will only loose the datas in the c drive. the remaining drives are still available to use (as per my friends). In unix machine if the system crash, is it possible to have some datas in some paths?..
