UNIX for Advanced & Expert Users

I have a simple script like this:

for file in $dodfiles; do
./rundod $file
done

$dodfiles is an array of file names selected
rundod is a script which invokes a java progrm which process a data file

all the processing message logged into a log file

in order to extract and analyze the log message, i need each java program invoked associate with different process id instead of with the same process id.

Is there a way to accomplish this through shell script?

In a script, every command that is run is run with a different pid as the shell that interprets the script forks and executes the various commands that it finds.
The olny commands that do not have a different pid are shell builtins such as 'cd'.
