UNIX for Advanced & Expert Users

Hi all,i have configured the following script to check if the file exists or not,

Code:

#!/bin/sh
sleep 30
{
FILEFULL=$1`date +$2`*
if [ -e $FILEFULL ];
 then
  echo $FILEFULL exist
else
  echo "$FILEFULL File not Found" | mail -s 'server' myaccount@mydomain.com

 fi
}

but i have a problem, i need to implement on the same script the possibility to check only for a part of the name of the file,without modifying the functions of this script.

I have different files on different folders example:
AGENCY_VOUCHER_REQUEST_2012-10-18.csv
AGENCY_VOUCHER_RESPONSE_2012-10-18.csv
now i would like the script to check only for REQUEST_2012-10-18.csv not all AGENCY_VOUCHER_REQUEST_2012-10-18.csv
if does not exist do nothing
and if that mach exist then check for AGENCY_VOUCHER_RESPONSE_2012-10-18.csv
if AGENCY_VOUCHER_RESPONSE_2012-10-18.csv exist do nothing
if AGENCY_VOUCHER_RESPONSE_2012-10-18.csv does not exist send mail.

Any suggestion is welcome.
