Server hanges and getting AFSR and AFAR errors

Hi all,

I have Solaris machine Sun Fire V445

Code:
  Solaris 10 6/06 s10s_u2wos_09a SPARC

Starting from last week, approx ones per day in hanges and all I can do is poweroff and poweron it again.
While it boots I can see error in tests:

Could please anyone help me to understand what means this error and what shalll I do? And which commands I ahve to run for hardware diagnostics?

Btw, prtdiag shows that everything is ok:
