Keyboard repeat speed
I would like to increase the speed that characters repeat when a key is held. My older machines had a BIOS setting to control speed.
I am using SCO Openserver.

Setcur has these options:

usage: /u/bin/setcur [-s cursorstart] [-e cursorend] [-d typedelay] [-t typematicrate]
legal values: cursorstart, cursorend: 0-13; typedelay: 0-3; typematicrate: 0-31

You can pick up the source code from ftp.jpr.com:/pub/setcur.tgz.

dmidecode, RAM speed = "Current Speed: Unknown"

Hello, I have a Supermicro server with a P4SCI mother board running Debian Sarge 3.1. This is the "dmidecode" output related to RAM info: RAM speed information is incomplete.. How can I map Unix keyboard for PC keyboard

A Solaris AXI 440 machine with Solaris 8 version. I have PC users who use an emulation to login to the Solaris server. How can I change the keyboard mapping of the Sun keyboard to fit to the PC keyboard ? Any comment will be appreciated. Thanks (1 Reply)
