Hello
here is a complete exemple of the file (sample because real file is about 40 000 rows)

PUBLICAC
MADRID : JUNTA DE ENERGIA NUCLEAR, 1983 => correct row
MADRID : JUNTA DE ENERGIA NUCLEAR, 1983
MADRID : JUNTA DE ENERGIA NUCLEAR, 1983
MADRID : JUNTA DE ENERGIA NUCLEAR, 1958
MADRI : ;CIEMAT, 1988 => row Ok applying the last post with awk
MADRID : CIEMAT, 1988
MADRID : JUNTA DE ENERGIA NUCLEAR, 1985
MADRID : JUNTA DE ENERGIA NUCLEAR, 1985

STOCKHOLM;SWEDISH NUCLEAR FUEL AND WASTE MANAGEMENT;1993 => new case with ; before date...
I would liek to be abble to detect the caracter before the date and move it from its caracter to ,

Other exemple
I would like to pass from this
ABINGDON;JET JOINT UNDERTAKING;1994

to this
ABINGDON##JET JOINT UNDERTAKING,1994
Thanks again
