replace last form feed with line feed

Mojolicious::Plugins is the plugin manager of Mojolicious. ATTRIBUTES
Mojolicious::Plugins implements the following attributes. Mojolicious::Plugins inherits all methods from Mojo::EventEmitter and implements the following new ones.
