I am looking to hire a Linux Application developer for my startup. But am having trouble screening for the right skill-set. What should I look for ? And, where do I find these developers who have experience in building applications for Linux?

gfm - a program to manipulate files for TI's hand-helds
SYNOPSYS
gfm [--help] [--version] [-h] [-v] filename
DESCRIPTION
The gfm program allows you to group/ungroup files as well as adding/removing/renaming entries.
OPTIONS
The command line of gfm can be used for loading files.
gfm accepts the following options:
-h, --help
Display a list of all command line options.
-v, --version
Output the version info.
