I'm deep into trying to list all 158 exhibits to
Novell's response to Microsoft's
cross motion for summary judgment in the WordPerfect
antitrust litigation. We are also trying to go through all the exhibits from the
Comes v. Microsoft antitrust litigation, because Microsoft and Novell were
having trouble finding relevant materials in discovery, since the database they have available is not easily searchable. We have not finished, but I did find one
