Combine firefox history from 2 different profiles

How do you combine firefox history from 2 different profiles? I discovered that firefox stores your history in places.sqlite but I don't understand how to use that file.

Without a lot of work on your part, you cannot.

SQLite is a library that implements a self-contained, serverless, zero-configuration, transactional SQL database engine. SQLite date files typically have a .sqlite suffix. See SQLite Home Page for more information.

There are a couple of SQLite addons available for the Firefox browser which you can install if you wish to explore or modify the Firefox SQLite data files.
