Corresponding libgeom library on linux platform?

I need you help please,

I want to use the libgeom library on the Linux platform in order to use the geom_stats_snapshot_get function.

But, I can't find this library for linux platform.

If someone can help me or give me the equivalent of this library on linux.

Debian is one flavor of linux.

But this package is specific for kfreebsd-i386 architecture.

So, I want to know if there is a package for i386 because my hardware correspond to this architecture.

I need really your help.

The package is called kfreebsd-i386, and I guess (actually, I know) the suffix 'i386' is exactly your platform. However, the kernel, or the distribution probably isn't. But on the right-hand side, in the blue box, there's the header "Download Source Package", below which you can download the package source.

Or you could always tell us what distribution you're using, since it might be available for it.

When I try to compile the file "geom_stats.c" which define the implementation of the function geom_stats_snapshot_get.

The following message is displayed : "error: geom/geom_ctl.h: No file or directory is found"

Perhaps , there is an other component to install.

I dont known exactly.
