How to edit /etc/bashrc？

my ssh dont have /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
how to install httpd.conf on my site?

You've completely changed your question from "how do I open my bash.bashrc file in some GUI or other that I won't tell you which", to something just as illegible.

SSH has nothing to do with the Apache configuration file.

Do you mean "I SSH'd to my server but can't find the httpd.conf file"?

If you don't have an httpd.conf file, you probably don't have Apache installed.

Install it.
