PHP Sun T1000 application low performance

Hello All.
I have Sun T1000 server with Solaris 10.
On T1000 installed EMC smarts, application for monitoring network devices via SNMP + SNMP.
So, Smarts has own DB (contains object - devices and relationships), file takes 30 mb, now, all queries to DB works very slow, so Smarts works too slow, for example query that i ran on my laptop take 1 -3 seconds, on T1000 takes 1 hour - really crazy !
So, i checked IO, MEM, CPU all os normal.

What is that ??????????????????
What parameters do need to be check ?

Running a DB query from your laptop and SMARTS running a DB query are 2 different things. I'd look into SMARTS.

I mean, same query with same DB takes different time.
On my laptop this query takes 1 sec , but on T1000 this query takes 1 hour

can you do a prstat -a and ps -ef |grep <smarts_pid>?

how many times have you ran the query? were you polling at the time? are you positive IO was low during this query? could you show output of io before query and then during query?
