Data quad card configuration

Hi Group,

I Have just installed quad card in my V440 machine,

I am facing problem I cn just ping its ce0 card only rest of the cards are not ping able,
here is details of my machine.

can anyone please suggest me where can be the problem

in ifconfig output the only running interface is ce1. all other interfaces don't have the "running" flag...

Thanks for quick response actually this server is in installation mode so i working on it by cross cable only
