MySQL HP openview console.
can anyone tell me the merits and environments of HP openview console. Also let me know what are the uses and advantages compared to other monitoring tools.

this depends on your constraints. OV is expensive. OpenNMS is free. I'm a fan of opensource so I move in that direction.
