I ran out of ideas. Maybe if you (can) reboot the whole machine, things will get better. Please post the solution if you happen to find one.

Thanks for all you help!

I have uninstall the zone and now its in configured state. What all i did to uninstall is that I killed the process zoneadmd and then I tried halting the zone where I received the below warning

Which i believe intern started the zoneadmd
Later I tried uninstalling the zone and i did succeed


Any way zone is now in configured state however I will appreciate if some once can shed some light as the what is issue or is there any problem in my system.
