Create a logical volume from a mirror and single disk?

I have two 72GB disks that are mirrored and mounted (/backup). I have a 18GB drive in an array I just attached to the server, which is running Solaris 9.

I need to create a new logical volume partition and make the existing mirror device (/dev/md/dsk/d34) and the array's 18GB drive a member of this logical volume.

I will then remount the logical volume to /backup.

Can anyone provide me with the best way to do this?

you will lose all data on the new volume!
what should the layout be? 2 drives with 72g and 1 drive with 18g...

It is ok if all of the data is lost. I still want the 2 72GB drives to form a mirror and then have a logical volume that includes this mirror and the 18gb drive, making a logical volume of 90gb.

have a look at the "metaset" command! please use the latest patchcluster for sol9 BEFORE using metasets!
