how to upgrade bash's version ?
Dear all,

How to upgrade bash's version? which way should be easy between remove the old version first and upgrade it or upgrade without remove?

Please, tell me how to upgrade step by step because I'm newbie

what version of solaris ?

Is there a package on sun freeware for the updated version ?

Use this to check your bash version
pkg-get compare
you can check the bash version and dowload from here

did a solaris 10 from an older update version to s10u9... it boots up clean.. one of the zfs pool comes up with this..older zfs version cannot be by new software.. try to do zpool import <name_of_zone> cannot import 'zone': pool is formatted using a newer ZFS version I know... (4 Replies)
