Question mail.alert: Losing ./qfm4TKt04M014942

Hi guys

yesterday we made an aplication update runing over solaris10, when finish we have next message every 5 minutes Smilie

sendmail[14942]: [ID 801593 mail.alert] m4TKt04M014942: Losing ./qfm4TKt04M014942: savemail panicSmilie


Do you now what does it mean? what can I do in order to fix it?
