Solaris

I just found that there is a file which looks like "blank" in the output of ls:
ls -l
total 16666
-rw-rw-rw- 1 root other 19395 Nov 20 16:4
-rw-rw-rw- 1 root other 1626347 Nov 20 17:06 text
-rw-rw-rw- 1 root other 67860 Nov 20 11:34 df_out

and another sample is:
for i in `ls -1`; do echo "test"$i"test"
done

;
tetest
testaaatest
testdf_outtest

it seems that the file name is just two backspace, and i don't know how it is created?
would you please tell me how to find out what the file name is? and how to delete it?

hmmm, it sounds that i can remove it with its inode number.

But i still be a little curious that whether there is a way that i can find out its real name....
